It's that time of year again. When parents across this fine land sing choruses of hallelujah and breathe a big, collective sigh of relief... It's Back-to-School Baby! But before we allow ourselves to get too carried away we remember all of the challenges that come with this time of year. Most notably, getting kids up, out of the house, and ready for the day ahead. If you're like me, packing healthy lunches and snacks that my daughter will actually eat is top of mind.
Having a Pre-K kiddo on our hands this year means we need to think creatively about how to pack yummy snacks that our daughter can take with her to school that she will actually eat. Which is why we LOVE this Dole fruit cup bento mason jar snack hack!
And the best part is, it's not just for kids. I have used this trick myself for packing yogurt & granola to take to work when I don't have time for breakfast. The possibilities are practically endless.
