Just in time for Halloween this Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie recipe is so yummy it might just give you enough will power to resist all that candy piling up. I said *might*.

2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
whipped cream (optional)
Blend all ingredients in blender or with immersion blender in jar. Top with whipped cream (optional) and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
