2/3 cup virgin coconut oil
1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp pomegranate arils
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
2 tsp hemp hearts
Melt coconut oil over a double boiler. Whisk in coconut sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in cacao powder.
Pour 2 tablespoons of cacao mixture into 6 paper lined muffin tins. Freeze 15 minutes to set. Add an additional 1 teaspoon of cacao mixture on top of each cup and sprinkle with pomegranate arils, pistachios and hemp hearts. Freeze an additional 10 minutes to set. Store in mason jar or other or airtight container in the refrigerator.
