I'm pretty sure I could eat this every morning for the rest of my life. #perfection
1 cup quick oats
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tbsp dried cranberries
2 black mission figs, halved
2 tbsp pure honey or maple syrup
Soak oats and almond milk in a small jar or bowl for 6-8 hours.
Pour soaked oats into serving bowl and stir. Top with granola and suggested toppings. Drizzle honey on top. Serve with additional milk, if desired.
