Holla! Doing my Friday happy dance! After a loooong week we think these #betterthantakeout Parmesan Herb Wedge fries are definitely called for.
3 russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl add sliced potatoes and olive oil, toss to coat. Add remaining ingredients and toss once more.
Pour onto baking sheet and bake 30-35 minutes. Serve hot.
