There are so many options but the blueberry banana chia smoothie is a crowd pleaser for sure. I typically buy frozen blueberries and I also freeze ripe bananas and keep them on hand in the freezer. The frozen fruit blends up beautifully in the jar with the immersion blender and keeps the smoothie colder longer. You can even add ice if that's your jam.
