15oz (1 can) chickpeas
1/4 cup cacao powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
mini chocolate chips
Blend together chickpeas, cacao powder, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract in food processor or in a tall mason jar with an immersion blender. Top with mini chocolate chips. Serve with fresh fruit, pretzels, or cookies.
