I'm all about weeknight meals I can whip-up without even reaching for the recipe. This Easy Herb Steak Marinade is one of those recipes I have made so many times that I can probably do it in my sleep (which for all intents and purposes what happened this morning). Works well with any cut of meat and tastes equally delicious no matter if you plan to grill, broil, or cook on a stovetop in a cast iron skillet. Paired with a fresh salad tonight it's al fresco dining for us!
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup coconut aminos
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp green onion, minced
1 tbsp chives, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp garlic, minced
Whisk ingredients together and pour over 1-2 steaks. Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
