Ok, every time I hear the word "Shishito" it makes me want to shimmie shake. 💃 Is it just me?
Anyhooo... Ginger Garlic Shishito Peppers are one of my all-time favorite guilt-free apps to order out. Who knew they could be so easy to make at home? ♥️💃
1 lb Shishito Peppers
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp grates ginger
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl combine Shishito peppers, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and sea salt. Toss with hands to coat. Pour mixture onto baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Turn oven to broil and broil 5 minutes until peppers are lightly browned.
