Because... who really wants to turn the oven on in July anyway??
1 cup quick oats
1/4 cup blanched almond flour
1/3 cup creamy almond or peanut butter
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder or paste
1/8 tsp sea salt
Combine ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir well to moisten oats. Use hands to form into small balls and place onto a wax paper lined plate. Refrigerate 30 minutes to set. Store in refrigerator.
