4 cups frozen (fully cooked) edamame in pods
2 T toasted sesame oil
1 t grated ginger
1/2 t garlic, minced
1/4 t chili flakes
1/8 t sea salt
1/8 t sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil edamame for 2-3 minutes. Strain and blot dry with a clean kitchen towel.
